We are updating the way you log in to Skylab by introducing Auth0, a secure authentication platform that
provides a more secure, reliable and modern sign-in experience.
The new Auth0 login process will go live following our scheduled Skylab maintenance on 30 September 2026 - between 15:00 and 19:00 SAST.
When you first access Skylab after the update, you will be required to register through Auth0 using your
existing email address. Your existing Skylab access and permissions will remain unchanged.

No action is required before the scheduled Skylab maintenance on 30 September 2026.
